Waman Hari Pethe, founded in 1909, is the Maharashtrian jewellery house of Mumbai, with its old shop in Girgaon and showrooms at Dadar, Thane and across the state; it is known for traditional Maharashtrian gold ornaments — thushi, nath, mohan mala — and bridal sets.
The Pethe family runs it; a separate branch runs Waman Hari Pethe Sons.
