Jogeshwari sits between Andheri and Goregaon on the Western Line. The Jogeshwari Caves on the east side are among the earliest Hindu cave temples in the country, cut in the sixth century; the Western Express Highway and the JVLR link road run through the east, and the west is dense residential with the Mogra and Majas villages inside it. The biryani houses on the Andheri border are on the dining pages.
It is a residential and transit suburb; the caves are the one thing to visit.
