Oshiwara is the stretch between Lokhandwala and Goregaon West on the New Link Road: the Oshiwara furniture market, one of the largest second-hand and new furniture markets in the city; the television studios and production offices that spill over from Lokhandwala; and the residential towers between. The Oshiwara river, mostly a drain, gives it its name.
The furniture market is the reason to come; the rest is where people who work in television live.
