Antiques and Second-Hand Goods at Colaba Causeway

Shahid Bhagat Singh Road: the tourist street, but also where several of the city’s oldest stores are — Phillips Antiques (1860), Metro Shoes (first shop 1955), Khubsons. Pavement stalls for bags, jewellery and clothes, old stores behind them.

Phillips Antiques, opposite the museum, has been dealing in antiques since 1860 and is the oldest antique shop in the city; the Causeway around it carries curios, prints and brass at every level down to the pavement.
