Dadar Market, Mumbai

Flowers, produce and everyday goods.

The flower market at Dadar West, beside the station, is the largest in the city and starts at three in the morning. Around it sit the vegetable market, the fish market and a very heavy retail trade in clothes, household goods and festival supplies. Dadar is the one market that serves both halves of the city equally, because both railway lines meet here.
